HEY! I’M JESS - certified personal trainer and nutrition coach
Hey, I’m Jess! Certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and mindset mentor with over a decade of experience helping women build strong, sustainable lifestyles that support fat loss, strength, and long-term health.
Like many of my clients, I’ve battled the frustration of weight gain, burnout, and feeling like my body was working against me, especially after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. That journey lit a fire in me to understand how to train and fuel the body in a way that’s empowering, realistic, and sustainable… not punishing. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I also know it’s possible to feel powerful and in control again.
Since becoming certified as a personal trainer through ISSA in 2012, I’ve gone on to earn additional credentials through NASM, AFPA, and NESTA, along with certifications in holistic nutrition, integrative health (via the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute), and life coaching through The Life Coach School. Most recently, I’ve added Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PN1) to my toolkit—further deepening my ability to support sustainable, science-backed nutrition habits for real-life results.

Most of my programs are designed for at-home workouts using a set of dumbbells. Some may include optional resistance bands or a bench/chair for variety. If you have gym access, I’ll provide guidance on how to adjust based on your available equipment and create a program specific to your goals.

You’re in the right place. My programs and coaching are beginner-friendly, with guided video demos and modifications so you can feel confident and successful, no matter your starting point.

All programs and training are delivered through the Everfit app. You’ll get your workouts, instructions, progress tracking, and coaching support all in one place, whether you’re training on your own or working with me 1:1.

I offer both! You can choose on-demand programs to follow at your own pace or work with me 1:1 through live Zoom sessions or in-person (if local). I also provide personalized plans through the Everfit app for hybrid flexibility.

Not at all. I focus on flexible, sustainable nutrition. If you choose a personalized nutrition option, you’ll receive customized macros and a recipe guide, not rigid rules, so you can eat in a way that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle.
