This 4-week outdoor fitness experience is designed to:

Schedule:
3 mornings per week — Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 5:30 AM sharp
Location: Plymouth, MI (park location may vary, contact for details)

A yoga mat
Light to medium dumbbells
Water
Comfortable workout clothes

Perfect, this is exactly for you. StrongHER Fit Club is designed for all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. I offer modifications and progressions, and coaching in real-time so you feel successful no matter where you're starting.

Just a few basics:
A yoga or exercise mat
A set of light to medium dumbbells (think 5–15 lbs depending on your level)
Water
Comfortable workout clothes
And a willingness to show up for you

Each session is about 45-60 minutes, including a warm-up, full-body strength-based training, a cardio component, mobility, and a short mindset/cool-down moment to set the tone for your day.

Life happens! While classes aren’t recorded or rescheduled, you won’t lose progress by missing a session. Just come back to the next one, consistency over perfection is the StrongHER way.

If there’s light rain, we’ll usually still meet, it can actually be super refreshing! 🌧️ But if weather conditions are unsafe (lightning, storms, extreme temps), I’ll notify everyone at least 1 hour before class via text or email with an update.
If a session is canceled due to weather, I’ll offer a bonus makeup class or alternate workout option (like a quick at-home version you can do anytime). Either way, you won’t be left hanging.

Not in the traditional, shout-in-your-face way. StrongHER Fit Club is designed to challenge you, yes, but in an encouraging, safe, and empowering way. You’ll leave feeling stronger, not broken.

Always check with your doctor first, but if you’ve been cleared for exercise, I’ll work with you to provide options and make sure you move in a way that supports healing, not harm.
