FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The FASTer Way is a 6-week, science-backed lifestyle program designed to help women burn fat, build strength, and create sustainable habits through strength training, whole-food nutrition, intermittent fasting, and carb cycling — all led by certified coaches.

  • You’ll need a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat. You can choose between home or gym workout tracks — both are effective and scalable for all levels.

  • Expect to commit around 30 minutes a day for workouts, 5–6 days per week (including active recovery). Meal planning and prep time will vary, but we provide recipes, grocery lists, and guidance to make it simple and sustainable.

  • No. This is not a quick fix, crash diet, or a list of rules to follow. It’s a full lifestyle reset built on fueling your body, moving with purpose, and making choices that support your energy, strength, and long-term health.

  • You’ll learn how to eat with structure and intention — not obsession. We use macros as a tool for awareness, but this is not about weighing every bite forever. The goal is food freedom and results.

  • Perfect. This program is designed to meet you where you are. Every movement can be modified, and I’ll be there coaching you every step of the way. You don’t need to “get fit” before you start.

  • That’s exactly why the FASTer Way exists. Most women are stuck in the “eat less, do more” cycle — which tanks your metabolism and hormones. This is the opposite: we focus on fueling, lifting, and rebuilding from the inside out.

  • I combine strength training, sustainable nutrition, and mindset coaching to help you create lasting change, not just short-term results. I’ve coached women for over a decade and I deeply understand the physical and emotional challenges they face.

  • Every body is different, but many clients begin to feel stronger, more energized, and more confident within a few weeks. The goal is sustainable progress, not quick fixes, so you can build results that actually last.

  • You’ll have the option to continue as a VIP member with ongoing workouts, meal plans, and coaching support to help you keep your momentum going — without feeling like you’re “on a program.”
