A one-month commitment is required to begin in-home training. The initial package is $300, which includes:
1 in-person session per week
Personalized “homework” workouts to complete on your own
Ongoing access to me for questions, support, and accountability between sessions
You also have the option to enroll in a monthly subscription plan and save 10% on your training
